Jobbyx ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered resume tailoring service that helps job seekers customize their resumes for specific job postings. By using our service at jobbyx.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use Jobbyx. We want this to be a good fit for everyone.

2. Your Account

To use Jobbyx, you'll need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. What You Get

Jobbyx uses AI to analyze job descriptions and tailor your resume to better match the role. We offer:

Resume tailoring with AI-powered suggestions
Application tracking to manage your job hunt
Export to PDF and DOCX formats

Credits are used each time you tailor a resume. You can purchase credits individually or through a weekly subscription.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription renewals happen automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Credits page.

Refund policy:If you're unhappy with a tailoring result, contact us within 7 days and we'll work something out. We're reasonable people.

Credits don't expire while your account is active.

5. Your Content

You own your resumes and data. We don't sell your information or use your resumes to train AI models. Your content is yours.

By using Jobbyx, you give us permission to process your resume and job descriptions through our AI systems to provide the service. That's it.

You're responsible for ensuring your resume content is accurate and truthful. Don't use Jobbyx to misrepresent your qualifications.

6. AI Limitations

Our AI is pretty good, but it's not perfect. Always review the tailored resume before submitting it. We're not responsible if the AI makes a suggestion that doesn't work for your situation.

Jobbyx doesn't guarantee you'll get interviews or job offers. We help you present yourself better — the rest is up to you and the hiring process.

7. Don't Be a Jerk

You agree not to:

Use Jobbyx for anything illegal
Try to hack, scrape, or abuse the service
Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
Resell or redistribute our service
Use automated tools to access Jobbyx (unless we give you an API key)

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep Jobbyx running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Sometimes things break. We'll fix them as fast as we can.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobbyx and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of Jobbyx after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
